Menu entry for edit incident view "assigned to me" RRS feed

  • Hi there,

    by right click on incident view "assigned to me" there is no menu entry for edit, why?


    It's not a big deal to create a similar view with custom display but I'm still wondering why the default view can't be changed via console.

  • The reason why you can't edit the default view "Assigned To Me"is: The view is stored in the sealed management pack "Service Manager Incident Management Library". It's not possible to modify any element or object that is stored in a sealed management pack.

    It's not depending on the permissions you have in SCSM.

    You probably have limited access to tasks such as editing views if you are a regular user and not an Administrator.
