Notification Manager Component fails to initialize with error code 2016410112 RRS feed

  • Question

  • Anyone seen this? I have a similar setup in a test lab that does not have this issue, and have compared pre-reqs, permissions, iis, etc, and have not found at this time a smoking gun as to the cause. Any help would be so helpful. Thanks

I see this repeatedly in the status message query for SMS Notification Manager:

    Notification Manager failed to initialize.

Possible cause: Failed to initialize with error code -2016410112.

To help identify the problem, see the bgbmgr.log on the site .

In the bgbmgr.log, this repeats itself:
