Hi,
You can create a source manager master list in Word, then click Manage Sources > Browse. Generally, the personal Bibliograghy is saved in the following path by default: %appdata%\Microsoft\Bibliography
Copy the Sources.xml file to a shared drive. Then share this path to other users. Then other users can open this master list from this shared drive by clicking Manage Sources > Browse. And open the Sources.xml in shared drive.
