  • Question

  • I have been having problems insatlling the program and am unable to figure it out. I tried the steps in the help and support area but it didn't work out for me. I keep getting error 0x80070005 when I try to run the program.

Please help and tell me what I need to do.

    Cheers

  • Hi,

Do you install SCE or window security update? If the latter, I recommend you refer to windows OS newsrgroup, which would be more relevant.

BTW, the following KB maybe helpful:

968003 Error message when you use Windows Update or Microsoft Update Web sites to install updates on Windows 2000, Windows XP, and Windows Server 2003: 0x80070005
