  • Your driver should resides in your hdd for later install, if you haven't delete those manually. And moreover you can get your drivers online by some google search.

  •    The first thing you need to know what device you need the driver for. What device gives you this message?

If you go to the support section at www.acer.com you should be able to find the device drivers needed for you particular machine in an online search.

  • To add to the other suggestions go to Start > Control Panel > System > Hardware > Device Manager  and look for a device listed on the left with a yellow question mark on the right of the device. Sometimes it will be listed as an unknown device. The Type of device will tell you what driver you need to download. IE it has a sub link listing of "Unknown Device" under the Type "Network Adapter". Here is the link for the ACER service and support. http://us.acer.com/acer/service.do?LanguageISOCtxParam=en&miu10einu24.current.attN2B2F2EEF=3750&sp=page15e&ctx2.c2att1=25&miu10ekcond13.attN2B2F2EEF=3750&CountryISOCtxParam=US&ctx1g.c2att92=453&ctx1.att21k=1&CRC=2054404012. If you have no luck at the ACER site and your lucky enough to have an intel chipset you can go to this site and get an intel automatic driver update. http://www.intel.com/support/detect.htm?iid=gg_support-EN_01+home_detect. Good luck >>> SUCROMATIC
