    What is the problem here!

    It says that Windows media 11 should be able to play DVD's out of the Box, which I find to be untrue.  And I'm having problems with Media Center it keeps saying that their is a Codec issue/not present.

    Anyone have a answer for me?

    Install powerdvd or any other dvd playback software that came with your dvd drive or pc

    no just turn your clock back to sometime before oct 31st and all will play fine

    Hi I used the to fix my live tv playback issue and I am wondering why this is. If anyone has any information about this please post a response. I am assuming it has something to do with the fact that the codec itself expires before the os does to prevent hacking or something of this nature.

    Also has anyone experienced this issue of Decoder not installed or malfunctioned in RC2?
