How to change Recovery location for online backup with DPM 1807 RRS feed

  • Hi All,

    I want to know if i can be able to change the staging folder that are required for Temporally downloads data before recovery to DPM Server later after configurations

  • You can change it by doing the following steps:

    1. Go to Management in the DPM console.

    2. Select Online

    3. At the top click on Configure.

    4. Click your way to the Recovery Folder Settings.

    5. Browse or write a new location for your staging folder.

    6. Enter a new passphrase.

    7. Enter the security PIN for your Recovery Services Vault to finish configuring your new settings.
    (You can create a security PIN in your Recovery Services Vault by going here:
    Recovery Services Vault > Settings > Properties > Generate Security PIN)

    Yes you can change the staging folder location afterwards, the staging folder is the location where restored data from Azure is stored.

    Does the integration between azure backup and DPM required firewall ports because when i configured online protection i got authentication failed Error 100202
