    Hello,

    My question is:  Once I complete my mail merge, the new document shows 5 pages with a section break (next Page) at the end of each.  When I go into Print Preview, it shows I have 9 pages.  In Print Preview when I click the NEXT button to see the next page, the count goes from page 1 to page 3.  What is happening????

    A possibility: check to ensure that your mail merge main document (or the resulting document) is not set up as double-sided (e.g. Mirror Margins). In that case, Word will only start a new section on an odd-numbered page.
