  • Dear ALL

    i have problem of web access change password I can not change through  web access password  of exchange email,

    and give the error message ( The user name or password you entered isn't correct. Try entering it again.)

    i also use exchange 2013

    Do you use email address and password or domain\username when you login to OWA?

    Agree with Edward, please see the following screenshot:

     

    In addition, can you logon to Outlook client with the Address and Password?

    Or you cannot change the password in OWA, if yes, maybe segmentation options that has been set. Please see “change Password” in the following article:
