VPN Client problem with Windows 7 RRS feed

  • I am an end User, meaning I don't own the VPN Client software.  I only use the VPN dialer piece to connect to my clients' remote servers.  One of the clients provided me the Dialer software piece.  Their IT folks can't help me, because they are not running Windows 7 yet.  I am using Cisco VPN Client Version 3.6.3 (A).  I have installed and used it with Wndows 2000 Professional and Windows XP Professional with no problems.  However, after installing it on my new laptop which is running Windows 7, upon launching the Dialer program, I keep getting the Error Message:  "The necessary VPN subsystem is not available.  You cannot connect to the remote server."  I would appreciate any assistance someone might could offer.  I've tried everything I know to do...Clean install; disabling and even uninstalling my Anti Virus/Spyware software; troubleshooting with Windows 7 Networking troubleshooter, and nothing so far has helped me resolve this problem.
