  • Hi ,

Based on the error message those are objects which are not in consistent state that means corrupted.

I have found few cases where we face this error when we don't have have the exchange recipients "alias" in the proper format. For example if you have space on the alias of corrupted object please remove the space and check whether that particular object is coming as invalid while at the next time of updating the global address list.

On your post you have mentioned outlook client global address book is not updated.

As an additional info ,If your outlook client is on online mode then we can concentrate on GAL update in exchange if in case it is on cached mode then we should have to concentrate on the offline address book update in exchange.

Lets consider your outlook client is running in cached mode on such case first we need to check the offline address is exchange is updated or not .In case if not we need to update it manually by using the below mentioned command.

    update-offlineaddressbook

In case if the offline address book is up to date in exchange. Then we need to have the fresh OAB on the client end by using the option update offline address book in outlook client PC.

Lets consider your outlook is running in online mode (cached mode disabled) on such case we need to check the GAL is up to date in exchange or not.In case if not then we need to update the GAL by using the below mentioned command.

    Update-GlobalAddressList -Identity "Global Address List"
