What do the Icons mean RRS feed

  • I have two mailboxes in Exchange 2010 that have different Icons EMC\Recipient configuration\Mailbox and I cant find anything that tells me what the difference is telling me .... any clues

  • The icons can show different if you have not cleared your Move Request or have enabled Archive for the mailbox.  Are one of these true?  What do the icons look like?

  • Besides Tim's input, please try to use MMC and then add Exchange Snap-in to check the issue again.

    Also I recommend you to keep your Exchange Servers in same version.

    TW Harrington was on the mark.  I only have one exchange server 2010 on this site.  I didnt realise that these were lefytovers from the migration.

    Cleared them all and now all have the same icons
