Checked control all of display, power setting , nothing can be done and all "never" selected just caught ,

1.can you enter winver in command prompt on win10 computer and look the os version and os version number ?[for example windows 10 enterprise 1809 (os build 17763.316)]
2.did you want to change screen saver much longer?

3.can you enter below command on issue win10 then open the lock.html in ie and look if there is screen save policy ?
gpresult /h c:\lock.html

how much idle time will cause your screen lock?
5.Is there registry about your screen save ,we can check if set below registry key.

6.i think we can run process monitor on issue win10 and wait the screen auto locked.
write down the screen auto locked time and logon the issue win10 then enter ctrl+s to save the process monitor log to local disk.finally we can open process monitor log( .pml file) then find which process and regitry key cause screen auto locked?

can you find the pattern of screen lock?if you not click anything on deskop ,how long winodows lock itself?10 minutes, 20minutes ? radom time(i don't believe it)?there is filter function in process monitor tool ,we can use filter to key word like "screen" or "timeout" etc.in general ,screen lock will complete from trigging it to implement it in less than 1 minutes.we can run process monitor in console session ,then whne we find the screen lock ,we can write down the detial time like 10:00.00am,finally we can logon the session and save the process monitor log .we check the log between 9:55:00am to 10:00.00am,very important log between 9:59:00am to 10:00.00am.
