Edge SfB: VLANs & DNS Records

We'll go to deploy this: Internet <> FW <> 2 Edge SfB (1 Pool) <> FW <> 3 FE <> Users

In internal networ we'll use DNS Round Robin. In Public DNS we'll create (2 x 3) DNS Records for Edges. Each edge server will have 2 NICS

My questions are:

1) Could I set a edge with VLAN1 & VLAN2 and other edge server in different VLANs like VLAN3 & VLAN4 ??

2) Do Edge Servers need to communicate with each other ?

3) What records should I add in host file in the Edge Servers ?? Only FE or I should add Edge Server Name pool ??

Why do you want to keep the Edge servers in different VLANs?

I didn’t find any related article about this, however, I suggest that you refer to the recommended scenarios:

“Edit the HOST file on each Edge Server to contain a record for the next hop server or virtual IP (VIP). This record will be the Director, Standard Edition server or Front End pool you configured as the Edge Server next hop address in Topology Builder. If you're using DNS load balancing, include a line for each member of the next hop pool.”

It is recommended that create all related next hop server (Director/SE server/FE pool) IP(VIP) in the host file.
