  • Have you restarted this server? This is an issue specific to the OS and not ConfigMgr.

  • Hi Jason,

What justification I can give to server owner to request a window to reboot. Please provide any clue so that I can check and do some homework before reaching the owner.

  • Exactly as noted. The OS itself is having an issue mapping a port. This is often due to port exhaustion. There's no magic crystal ball here to know though so not sure what you really want to hear.

  • Hi,

Based on your issue, it is recommend to check if Windows Firewall service are running, firewall can be turned off but service must remain enabled.
On the other hand, we can executed the bitsadmin /list /allusers to check if any jobs in a suspended state.
