Microsoft Mouse and Keyboard Center does not work with IE10. RRS feed

  • Question

  • My OS is Windows 7 Home Premium SP1, browser is IE 10.0.9200.16540, mouse is a Microsoft Wireless Mobile Mouse 6000.

So today I got the Microsoft Mouse and Keyboard Center (MMKC) upgrade, which was cool. The UX looks *great*, and the total experience is really nice. Only problem is with the scroll wheel. Apparently IE10 is one of those apps that misbehave with the scroll wheel. Unless I set the scroll wheel to 1 or 2, IE10 was really lurchy and jumpy, which fit the description of an app that doesn't scroll correctly according to the MMKC. So I added it to the list of apps that don't scroll correctly.

The problem is that adding IE10 to the list of programs that don't scroll correctly does not make it scroll correctly. So what's the fix or workaround here?
