Synchronising with Exchange 2003 and Mobile Devices RRS feed

    I have mobile devices running Windows Mobile 2005 and a Exchange 2003 SP2 server which synchronise with eachother. These mobile devices are connecting through the GPRS network to the Exchange server. Well everything works fine since a month from now.

     

    When I want to connect the devices with the Exchange server everything works fine, but when ActiveSync on the device is start looking for changes the w3wp.exe worker process causes 100% CPU usage. Finaly ActiveSync will report a timeout.

     

    The same thing happens when I open the exchange-oma website (http://server/oma). Also 100% CPU usage of the w3wp.exe worker process.

     

    Could somebody please tell me what could be the cause this.
