  • To export a GPO to a file

    1. In the Group Policy Management Console tree, click Change Control in the forest and domain in which you want to manage GPOs.

    2. On the Contents tab, click the Controlled tab to display the controlled GPOs.

    3. Right-click the GPO, and then click Export to.

Sorry, but you all miss the point that GPMC is not able to export a
complete RSoP. It backups single GPOs, but usually, you apply a bunch of
GPO depending on filters to an object.

This scenario will neither be covered by GPMC nor LocalGPO/LGPO Tool.
LGPO can export/backup an existing Local GPO, the problem is: acutally
    it is not existent!

If you do not apply a single GPO and your client gets a RSoP of a lot GPOs:
    - create sample domain client
    - use the ntuser.pol files to build registry.pol
    - export security with secedit and audit.csv
    - create local GPO file structure and gpt.ini
    - copy file into destination

translate from German, but I think you will get it:

Once done, the RSoP can be deployed by any kind of flavor: Script, MSI,
    whatever
