Enable DKIM - Exchange 2010 RRS feed

  • Hi 

    We are having Exchange 2010 environment with Proofpoint SPAM/Mailgateway. We need to enable DKIM for our environment.

    How can we achieve this? Please advise.

    If you want to signing emails on the Exchange 2010 level, you can try this:

  • Hi,

    Exchange server does not support DKIM signing and verifying out of the box. You need to use the third party software.

    The following steps are needed for deploying DKIM:

    1. Create your signing key in the agent or server responsible for this job in your environment.
    2. Publish your DKIM DNS record for your domain.
    3. Enable the DKIM signing and encrypting option for all outbound emails.
