    My laptop upgraded Windows 10 and now all video games have frozen and crashed. What can I do to 53correct this problem?

    Hi,

    After upgrading to a new system version, the first thing we need to do is updating drivers, especially video card driver.

    Please open Device Manager to check if there is any devices show the abnormal state, if there is, right-click problematic device and select Update Driver Software.

    You can also go to manufacturer website to update drivers, notice your machine type and system version.

    Besides, make sure system is up to date, type winver in search box to check system build, the latest build is 14393.187

    Have a try.

    Do you get any errors displayed? If a blue screen see BSOD Finding and fixing them (guide by Team ZigZag) and see the guide on how find the three latest minidump files and upload them to a file sharing site and post url of the link in a reply so they can be analysed.

    For a start check all drivers are the latest and up-to-date, especially you display drivers.
