Hi,
After upgrading to a new system version, the first thing we need to do is updating drivers, especially video card driver.
Please open Device Manager to check if there is any devices show the abnormal state, if there is, right-click problematic device and select Update Driver Software.
You can also go to manufacturer website to update drivers, notice your machine type and system version.
Besides, make sure system is up to date, type winver in search box to check system build, the latest build is 14393.187
