Lync 2010 Auto attendant and hiding executives

  Try to use the Lync Server 2010 ResKit tool ABSConfig to hide the users from Lync Address Book.

  So it looks like a feature limitation then? I would want the executives to show up in the address book, but not be accessible through the auto attendant dial by name.

  I Guess you mean the Exchange Auto Attendant?

  Then you can create a new dial plan and put the executive in another dial plan and limit the original search to that dial plan only
