  • Hi Tony!

Do you have any operations before this issue persist?

Are you using a Standard Edition Front End Server or a Enterprise Edition Pool?

In order to narrow down this issue, we recommend you check if there are any error logs in the front-end server. You can view it from Event viewer.

You can also follow these steps to enable cross-database ownership chaining for the RTC database and for the RTCdyn database:

*On a computer that is running Microsoft SQL Server, connect to the RTC database, and then run the following SQL command from SQL Server Management Studio:

“sp_dboption rtc, ‘db chaining ’,  TRUE”

*Connect to the RTCdyn database, and then run the following SQL command from SQL Server Management Studio:

    “sp_dboption rtcdyn, ‘db chaining’, TRUE”

    *Start the Front End services.
