Unable update status in SFB RRS feed

  • Hi Teams!

    After i login to my Skype for business account, it shows “Away” and i am unable to change the status.

    Any ideas?

    The issue is related to the SQL server didn't update the users status correctly, it is now working fine.

    Does this issue persist all the time?

    Does anyone else have the same issue?

    First of all, please make sure your Skype for Business client is the latest version.

    Then try to restart the SQL Server in your environment, sometime the SQL Server didn’t update the users’ status correctly.

    Besides, you can also try to delete the client cache to see if this issue can be fixed.
