SCSM Console RRS feed

  • Hello Guys

    I have SCSM 2012 R2 with 6 templates (2 incidents - 4 Services Request). Also I was configured email notifications.

    Now in the company exist 2 groups of support. A group is only for attend request by example Create Users - Request Printers, and the second group only for attend Incidents.

    Now I need to know if is necessary deployment of SCSM Console to the support team, or is possible or exist web console?
