  • Question

  • Just had an odd crash, windows been totally stable for months, updated creative drivers (99% sure this is the problem but not quite sure hot to analyze minidumps) and just had to crash today.

The computer has rebooted from a bugcheck.  The bugcheck was: 0x0000003b (0x00000000c0000005, 0xfffff88004aae817, 0xfffff8800757f900, 0x0000000000000000). A dump was saved in: C:\Windows\MEMORY.DMP. Report Id: 011111-17812-01.

    Memory mini dump is: http://www.divergentservices.com/011111-17812-01.dmp

Any ideas? Have the full memory dump too.

  • Bug Check 0x3B: SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION

This indicates that an exception happened while executing a routine that transitions from non-privileged code to privileged code.

    Cause

This error has been linked to excessive paged pool usage and may occur due to user-mode graphics drivers crossing over and passing bad data to the kernel code.
