Windows 7; Norton Int.Sec 2010;both newly installed;Outlook 2007 Reinstalled. I send and receive on 3 email addresses and problem occurs randomly about 50% of time.
I send a message with my account(also the default) and immediately get a message from "System Administrator" that "Your message did not reach some or all of the intended recipients" and also: "The following recipient(s) cannot be reached:" but no one is specified. It does not look like the normal failure message from the server.
When I look at the original message in the "Sent" folder, the account has changed to my wife's or to my anti- spam account! When I check with people, if they have received it, their received email does have correct account but many are not being delivered. Similar thing happens using my wife's account.
On other occasions I have sent emails around the 3 accounts and all goes well. The ISP insist it is an Outlook problem and very often the problem does not occur when testing with them.
How can an email change accounts between clicking on "Send" and appearing in the "Sent" folder?
