How to repair a Word document and print

my printer is offline. i received an error message,now my word document is waiting to print, how do i repair the word document?Sunday, August 26, 2012 3:28 AM

Hi,
If you get the error "printer is offline", please check the printer cable is properly connected from the printer to the computer, and check to ensure that the printer's power switch is turned on.
Change a Printer from Offline to Online, you can follow these steps:
- Click Start->"Devices and Printers" in Windows vista & 7.
Click Start -> Settings -> Printer and Faxes in Windows XP. - Right-click on the printer and select “Use Printer Online”.
- The display should change to ready when the printer is set to online.
If the printer status cannot change, please try to remove and re-install Printer driver test if it helps.
