Stop Skype for Business from searching the Exchange GAL?

Hello,

Does anyone know if it is possible to stop the Skype for Business client from searching the Exchange GAL? I only want entries from the SfB Server Address book to be displayed in the SfB client search, nothing else.

I have ran "-ExcludedContactFolders "Contact;Contacts;Suggested Contacts,IPM.Contact"" and "-EnableExchangeContactSync $False" but I still see GAL entries appearing on a client with an Exchange mailbox and Outlook open.

If I run the same search from a client without an Exchange mailbox then I do not see the entries in question.

Hi tomcotton,

In my research, I’m afraid it is not possible to prevent SFB client searching Exchange GAL if it exists. It is the default behavior of SFB client.
