Audio Codes SBC giving error " failed sending message with CSeq 1 OPTIONS, the cause is Transport Error" RRS feed

  • Hi,

    I am configuring a new SBC with Teams Direct routing. I am getting this below error on SBC.

    Does this issue persist all the time?

    Do you have any operations before this issue occurred?

    It recommends you try to check if you meet these pre-requisites in AudioCodes SBC.

    *AudioCodes SBC should running at least version 7.20A.250 or above

    *SBC Sessions and Microsoft Teams license should be installed

    *Make sure you allow the following ports that the SBC uses

  • Hello, this tends to be either that the destination is unreachable, either due to a firewall or the incorrect port/protocol being specified or you need to make sure the SSL certificate containing the FQDN of your SBC (sbc.domain.com) has been applied to the correct IP Group. Thanks.
