Prevent Outlook 2010 from Journal Office Document.

    I know with GPO I can prevent users from Journal E-mail itens, I know I can hidden the Journal Folder with MFCMapi tools, but I have 15000 user. 

    What I need is to supress the "YES" in Dialogue Box 1 or Supress the options mark as red in the Dialogue Box 2 in Outlook.

    Thanks for your attention, I this Outlook connect to Exchange 2010 in Windows 7 machines.

    Hi Antonio,

    I'm afraid there is no option can be used to configure/disable above two options. Only Outlook related items are configurable via GPO.
