This is happened to a variety of kinds of docs - .doc, .wmv, .xlsx, .docx, .zip, .pptx, and so forth.

We have seen in the past week over 300 of these occur.  No users have reported having problems. I have tried accessing several of the documents listed in the errors and they have displayed as expected.

When I searched for other references to this error, I saw several cases where people were recommended to fix their pdf ifilter - but very few of our errors are pdf. The documents listed appear in search results when searched, so they appear to be indexed.

Does anyone know what the error means, and if it is a serious error, what to do about it?

    Thank you
