Hi Farooq:
The AD domain availability report is focused on the health of the domain object.
To view the health monitor of the domain object, navigate to to Microsoft Windows Active Directory -> AD Forests and Domains topology view. Select the domain object, right-click, and select Health Explorer.
The domain availability report is a historical summary of the rollup at the top of the domain object's health model. Explore the availability, performance, configuration, and security branches of the model to learn what goes into the health model (mainly a rollup of the health of the AD domain controllers).

Hi Farooq -
No worries. My previous reply had that information: "Explore the availability, performance, configuration, and security branches of the model to learn what goes into the health model".
That means open the Health Explorer for the domain object and click on the branches of the health model to learn about it. If you need help with that part please let us know.
