Exchange 2007 Best Practices Analyzer is unable to check for updates RRS feed

  • Hi,

    When The Microsoft Exchange Best Practices Analyzer starts up it attempts to check online for any updates, however for some reason throws an error "An error occurred trying to access the web".

    The server is sitting behind a proxy, but we have checked logs and cannot see any blocks or issues.

    Are there any connection logs we could check to determine issue?
