Desperately in need of most recent version of Windows Server Core OS MP MSI installer

Does anyone have the MSI installer for this (SCOM 2012 SP1) that they can post? The files have been pulled from the catalog and from the http download. I am in dire need!

In other news, can someone tell me why the files have been pulled? I cannot proceed forward with my project without the MPs since basically everything is dependent upon it.
