problem with recieve connector RRS feed

  • Hello there..

    We have a problem with an application that gets mails outside from the domain... it SOMETIMES shows the error "Mailbox Unavailable. The server response was: 5.7.54 SMTP; Unable to relay recipient in non-accepted domain".

    I checked the recieve connector configuration on all the servers and it looks the same on all of them.

    on the security tab:

    checked TLS, Externally secured

    Exchange servers, Anonymous users.

    used to work fine and suddenly making problems

  • Hi,

    Please run the following cmdlet and provide all the configuration settings of the connector to us:

    Get-ReceiveConnector -Identity "Receive Connector Name" | Format-List

    Since it used to work fine, you may also try recreating the connector and then see whether the issue persists.
