Intermediate issues between Lync and PBX calling

I have some intermediate issues with Lync Voice. The issue is when we dial PBX number from Lync sometimes it connects and sometimes it doesn’t connect, I am getting the following error like "Call was not completed or has ended". if try the same 2 or 3 times it gets connects. I have similar issue when I try from other way also, PBX to Lync.
Any advise..?

How are you connecting to your PBX from Lync?
Can you run some traces whilst the call fails and upload them please.

Hi,
This may occur if your lines channels are busy, you can try it when you have free channels. If the issue persists, please use the logging tool on the server on the client to provide more information.

do you connect directly to the PBX or do you use a gateway?
