Users Are Configured to UPN (hello.local) to login SFB 2015, How to Enable Federation RRS feed

    Hi All,

    Our users are using UPN to login SFB2015 (hello.local), front end pool is xxx.hello.local, is it possible to add an edge server with an edge pool with hello.com and enable external federation?

    Hi Will,

    It is not support. According to your description, the DNS suffix of Edge and FE server are different, and in your environment, users’ SIP address is different from the FE and Edge DNS suffix.

    The domain for the Edge could be different from your FE domain, because the edge is not member of any domain. However, your published sip domain (hello.com) must be identical to your primary SIP domain. For example: your internal domain name can be xxx.hello.local but the sip address for your users will be hello.com.

    You could refer to the similar case to find more details.
