Proclarity Dashboard returning "User not Authorized" error RRS feed

    Hi all,


    I'm not sure whether anyone have posted this before, but this is the scenario :


    We have 1 server running SSAS, PAS 6.3 and Proclarity Dashboard 6.3. The dashboard and PAS has been configured to use Windows Authentication, the setup on the Dashboard Security Provider (to connect to the AD server) is also there.


    However, we proceeded onwards to add groups into Proclarity Dashboard and also set the access of this group to each dashboard, but when a particular user of the group tries to access the Dashboard, the error "User not Authorized" appears. The same scenario will not happen if we add the users directly instead of the group that he /she belongs in.


    We tested this scenario on a different environment, but it does not give us the same problem.
