Based on your error message, your application is not compatible with Windows 10.
I suggest you go to the web site of technical support for developers of applications and check if a new version or update of this application is available for Windows 10 as what it prompted.
Based on its official suggestion in the following article, you should upgrade your AVG product to the latest version before you install the Windows 10 update by following the steps below:
- Download and run the installation package:
click here to download.
- The installation dialogue will ask for a license number. As long as your current license number has not expired yet, you can use it to activate the new installation.
In case you can not find your license number, you can use
License retrieval form.
