When using the To button to select an email address my emails get bounced back RRS feed

    Hi,

    When I want to send an email and click the "to" button to select an email address my emails do not get sent.

    Instead I receive the following message and it does NOT include an email address. 

    Your message did not reach some or all of the intended recipients.

          Subject:   

          Sent: 12/23/2013 3:35 PM

    The following recipient(s) cannot be reached:

    (no email address here)

    Can you help me or send me in the right direction for an answer?

    Hi,

    I recommend you check the recipient's Outlook Properties if there is a valid email address.

    Here is a similar thread for your reference:
