  • How can we allow a receptionist to have the ability to go in and change call forwarding/status options for users who are out sick, stuck in traffic, etc?

  • Hi,

Unless receptionist login using the absence users credentials and make the cange, it's not possible. The deligation means that, you assign another user to answer his/her calls on behalf of him/her.

The deligated user doesnot have the control of the user who daligate the call. Hope it's clear.

    Thamara.

  • Hi pesos,

    Agree with Thamara.

The following scenarios are recommended in a standard receptionist deployment.

    ·          Response Group application

    ·          Sorting search results by last name

    ·          Reporting a malicious call

    ·          Parking a call

    ·          Location services for Enhanced 9-1-1 (E9-1-1)
