  • Hi Birdal,

They have only updated MP for Linux and added SQL 2017 monitoring feature in SCOM 1807. So we need to use general latest MP for all kind of monitoring.

We could see these things in below links what MS has upgraded in SCOM 1807 :-

    https://blogs.technet.microsoft.com/momteam/2018/07/25/system-center-operations-manager-1807-is-released/

Could see only Linux MP has been released

    https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/4133779/system-center-operations-manager-version-1807

    Hope this helps :)

  • Hi Birdal,

This is till Win 2012 R2:

System Center Management Pack for Windows Server Operating System

    For Win 2016:
Microsoft System Center Management Pack for Windows Server Operating System 2016 and 1709 Plus

Even if the docs don't mention 1807 yet, that's okay, not all of them are up to date. Hope this helps

    Cheers

  • Hi Gourav,

    we upgraded Linux/Unix MPs.

    But, please consider:

"3. Import the following management packs:..."

These MPs with the given version numbers (7.3.13261.0 and 7.3.13246.0) are not in in our SCOM system. Where can I download them manually? Please consider that our SCOM servers have no internet connection.

    Best regards

  • Hi Sam,

you mean we should also install the old MPs for our SCOM 1807 infrastructure?

The version numbers in your links don't match the version numbers of Microsoft article related to SCOM 1807.

  • Hi Alex,

my question is not related to download of ANY management pack. My question is related to, where I can manually download SCOM 1807 MPs with the version numbers (7.3.13261.0 and 7.3.13246.0).

  • Hi Gourav,

    OK, good.

But is there no download link for all MPs in a package for these versions?

Or, am I blind that I don't see in these links? :-)

  • Hi Gourav,

I think I expressed not correctly.

I miss the all MPs in a package, not any single MP link.

  • Birdal,

I am not sure if we can download a single MP for all. We need to download 3 MPs as these are updates as well as one is not sealed too (.mpb)

So try to download all from different links and import them into your SCOM
