    I keep getting a Virus Zeus virus detected and to call this number 1-855-545-4316 the man laugh at me Please call Microsoft to rectify the issue and get your computer unlock I took picture of what it said but dont know how to stop them from this Please help I brought the virus protection but they got in anyway.

    What state is the computer in now? Can you login?

    Sounds like you need to do a reinstall of Windows 10 to clear this, so do you have a recent (and hopefully before Zeus) backup of all you files?

    Hi,

    Run anti-virus and Windows Firewall to scan the whole computer to see if it can deal with the threat.

    If no, I am afraid you need to reinstall the Windows.

    Note: If it's possible, backup all of your important files firstly before reinstallation.
