  • just had a question about dowloading video files onto windows media player...were you able to answer that??

    Does this issue occur when you play video on all the sites or a special site?

     

    This issue can be caused by the video files which you tried to play are not the streaming media. See How to play Streaming Media

  • i switched to real player but didnt like it so i uninstalled real player and went back to windows media player....what is happening now is that there is when i -play or dowload a video to windows player it prompts a box at the bottom of the screen asking if i want to save it......the only way to open a file now on my windows media player i have to save it....i never used to have to do that......than it will prompt me to open it after it saves the certain file.....How do i get that prompt off that is asking me to save this file? it used to go just straight to the media player
