create mailbox profile for this mailbox. or use outlook web access to log in to this mailbox. create a test meeting so that
free busy information is published. then try again

Hello,
Some questions to narrow down the causes:
1. Can see other user’s free/busy info properly?
2. Can other user see the room’s free/busy?
3. Can you see the room’s free/busy info via OWA?
If you also cannot see other users’ free/busy info, but other user can, then you may have issues on your own client side, check the autodiscover and availability services.
If other users also cannot see the room’s free/busy info, please test to create a new room mailbox and see if the issue persists.
Thanks,
Simon

MS exchange 2003 sp2.
Thanks.
I would try Dhruvaraj's suggestion. That usually pops it with Exchange 2003.If not , open the resource mailbox with the Outlook/cleanfreebusy switch

Did you create the resource mailbox per instructions in article below? Article for 2000 but still applies to 2003.
