  • Hi Mathieu,

    If e-mail from both mailboxes is going to one mailbox I don't believe you can do this. You'd have to keep the mail in separate mailboxes. I have a bunch of mailboxes attached to my Outlook and if I reply from one of my additional mailboxes then it maintains the "From:" field.

    3rd party products may give you the functionality you need. I haven't personally used them in production environments so I can't endorse them but I've seen mention of these products that may give you what you need:

    As you said,  Are there two email addresses corresponding to two mailboxs Or one mailbox?How did you merge?

    If there are two mailboxs, you can create two profiles when use outlook;

    If one mailbox have two email addresses,I think you must select which address to sent email out.

    Thanks.

  • He have 2 different email adress within 2 differents mailbox store

    Ive only added one email in outlook as I redirect the other one to that adress from exchange server.

    But my customer don't want to have to choose from which email of the two he have he's sending he wants that automacly choose depending to which email it is adressed.

    Is there any way that outlook can do that like for say on a mac you see both mailbox in a pool like with only one mailbox receiving those from two and then know from which to respond depending to who the email is adressed without having to choose the right sender in the (From) field.

    thank you
