How to block website using GPO with Chrome, Firefox, IE and Edge?

  • Hi Team,

    Is there any way to block the website which are accessing from Chrome, Firefox, IE and Edge using GPO in Windows Server 2012 R2 STD Edition?

    Most of threads suggesting download and add ADM or ADMX files separately for Chrome, Firefox.  Is there any better way rather than adding files for each browser?

    As far as I know, there is no built-in method in the group policy to block website from any browser.
    You could have a try to  edit the Hosts File and see if it could help to block website. Please follow the details step by step in the artice as below:
