Hi,
I have 2 excel files in a sharepoint folder:
1. main file that only a manager uses
2. data file where several users update data (they use check-in check-out).
I would like to embed a table from the users data excel in the main file.
I succeeded to do so in my computer using
Data -> From Other Sources -> From microsoft query...
the problem is that the connection forces me to map my share point folder to a specific drive in my computer.
I would like to connect the users file using the sharepoint full path without having to map a drive.
am I doing the correct thing?
is there another option to do that?
