WIN 10 update from Win 7 Pro RRS feed

    Bought refurb Dell by ast refurb with Win7 Pro.  Updated to Win10 as requested. Will not update.  What should I do?  Go back to Win 7 Pro or will you accept COA attached to box?

    The free upgrade offer to Windows 10 has ended on July 29, 2016. You need to buy a Windows 10 key to perform upgrade.

    Besides, before you do the upgrade, please ensure the device manufacturer website has released the Windows 10 compatible driver for your machine model. Contact your manufacturer support to verify whether your machine model is compatible with Windows 10.
