Choppy sound when typing on the keyboard RRS feed

    Hi

    I have a user, when she talks on the phone, and starts typing, the sound at the callee starts to stop for a second, so if she is typing and talking, the callee sound is chopping.

    Anyone else come across an issue like this?

    You should use a certified heaset or device.

    Lync may do noise cancelling and block audio from going over the wire.  When using certified devices this normally is not a problem
